Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

NileSands — Effective June 2026

1. Purchase Options

NileSands offers the following ways to purchase our products:

  • One-Time Purchase — A single purchase with no recurring charges. You pay once and receive your order with no further obligation.
  • Bundles — Discounted multi-set packages (e.g. 2 Set, 3 Set, Home-schooling Combo) purchased as a one-time transaction. No recurring billing is associated with bundle purchases unless explicitly stated at checkout.
  • Monthly Spark Grow Learning Program (Subscription) — A recurring monthly subscription that automatically delivers a new educational workbook to your door each month at a discounted rate. By selecting this option at checkout, you agree to recurring monthly charges until cancelled.

2. How to Cancel a Subscription

If you are enrolled in the Monthly Spark Grow Learning Program, you may cancel at any time:

  • Online: Log in to your account at nilesandstoy.com, go to Subscription Settings, and select Cancel Subscription.
  • Email: Contact supportservice@nilesandstoy.com with your order number, and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.

3. Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date. Once a billing cycle has been processed, the cancellation will apply to future charges only.

4. One-Time Purchases & Bundles

One-time purchases and bundles are not subject to recurring cancellation, as no further charges will occur after the initial transaction. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us in 30 minutes after the purchase has been placed — orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return Policy (Section 6).

5. Refund Eligibility

  • Unfulfilled orders (not yet shipped): Eligible for a full refund within 5–10 business days of cancellation.
  • Fulfilled orders (already shipped): May be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Disputes: If a bank or PayPal dispute is opened, refunds cannot be processed until the dispute is resolved or withdrawn.

6. Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
